Beautiful and comfortable, warm place to stay to enjoy Alanya in January. Food was great despite two restaurants were closed during winter time. Aygerim- hamam receptionist is very helpful and polite. Putu makes fantastic hamam and massage. Thank you very much! The only disadvantage is steam room with strong smell of mold and a bit depressing spa design.

Rating: 6.5/10 When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted warmly, and our first impression was positive. We were offered dinner right away since breakfast ended at 10:00pm. However, 15 minutes into our meal, the restaurant staff turned off the lights, hinting that it was time to leave. The next morning, we noticed that our room was cleaned, but not to the standard expected from a five-star hotel. At the pool, I repeatedly tripped over chipped tiles on the stairs, which was quite unpleasant. The restaurant didn’t impress me — the selection of meat products was limited, although the pastries and tea were excellent. The location of the hotel is good, only 15 minutes by bus to Alanya. The beach is decent, but with a sharp drop-off, making it less suitable for small children. There is a beach bar, but the selection of free drinks is limited to beer and juice. A towel with eight holes was an unpleasant surprise. In addition, our room smelled of cigarette smoke for two days, but after reporting it to the reception, the smell eventually disappeared. We also had a broken toilet flush, which wasn’t properly fixed despite the plumber coming three times. Overall, I would rate this hotel as 3.5–4 stars, definitely not 5

I spent my dream holiday at the Asia Beach resort & spa Hotel in Alanya. The hotel stands out for its excellent service and facilities, cleanliness, friendly service. It is a very modern hotel that offers all guests the utmost comfort and does everything to make guests happy. I must highlight the excellent food, imaginative, offering a tasting of different specialties. Excellent is the selection of salads, fruits, vegetables, everything is always fresh and beautifully arranged. The whole hotel is extremely clean and as far as hygiene is concerned everything is absolutely fine. The animation team does its best to entertain guests, the music and dance evenings are beautiful. The beach is also beautifully landscaped, clean and the entrance to the sea is comfortable, without stones. I also appreciate the presence of hotel managers who move among the guests and check the quality of service and guest satisfaction. I must highlight the work of all the hotel staff who, despite the heat and many duties, always give a smile to the guests and ask guests how they are. I was maximally satisfied with the reception, where we were greeted by a very nice young man who was maximally warm, professional, smiling and who makes a great service for the hotel immediately on arrival, he is a future English teacher, so foreign guests can easily get along with him. I would also highlight the waiter named Ibrahim Aydin, who I think could teach waiters in our country how to start taking care of guests with the utmost professionalism. I recommend the hotel to discerning guests. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for a perfect holiday, which did not have one mistake and wish the hotel to continue successfully in such high quality in the years to come.

It was the second time we spent our vacation here and it wasn't the last. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. Everything is here for a great vacation. The food in the restaurant is varied and very tasty, although sometimes there are many people. The beach is close, and the hotel pools are also good. The sandal spa was very good again. Mahabat gave me two wonderful massages. I would like to ask the Sandal spa management to keep the golden-handed massage lady Mahabat for next summer as well!

Asia beach looks to be one of the top all inclusive hotels in the Alanya area. The hospitality and catering staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Just like the experience you get on a cruise. Front desk staff were also top notch. Legal and Funkan especially. They agreed to swap my family into a suite when we had wrongly booked a smaller accommodation. The food was good also although I was expecting to see more kebabs, grills and seafood. Nevertheless it’s been an enjoyable experience and lots of memories made. Thank you Asia Beach.

My stay at Asia Beach Resort and Spa has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff truly made a difference - always cheerful, smiling, and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Fatma and Hüseyin from the lobby bar, who really contributed to making my holiday memorable. Their good humor and friendliness were contagious, and they were always ready to assist me whenever I needed it. The hotel's atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, and the facilities were excellent. My son really enjoyed dancing at the mini disco every evening, which was a delight to see. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea, creating the perfect setting for our stay. I also truly enjoyed the culinary experiences at the hotel's restaurants and snack bar - the food was both delicious and diverse. The staff even went so far as to help me arrange a birthday celebration for one of my travel companions. They decorated the table festively, sang a birthday song, and served a delicious cake. It was truly an extraordinary gesture that we greatly appreciated. All in all, my stay at Asia Beach Resort and Spa was a true pleasure, and I will definitely return again and again. Thank you to the entire staff for an unforgettable holiday experience!
